How to Prepare:
Required Items:Vasana Rice Briyani Mix 200gmDouble the amount of waterVegetables 100gmGhee 5ml
Method:Add two times of water, with “Vasana Rice Briyani Mix” and soak it for 15mins.
In Cooker, add little oil and saute vegetables, and add soaked “Vasana Rice Briyani Mix” with water.
Add two teaspoons of lemon juice, ghee and pressure cook for 1 whistle.
After 10 mins once pressure releases fluff it with a fork carefully without breaking the rice.
Vasana Briyani is ready to serve hot.
For Non-Veg Briyani: Add 3/4 cooked mutton or chicken (with same boiled soup water) before pressuring.
