Biryani Mix


Chilli, Corriander, Desiccated Coconut, Cumin, Cloves, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Aniseed Poppy Seed, Edible Oil, and Salt. (Contains added Flavour).

How to prepare:

Take 1kg Briyani Rice with 2 litre of water in a cooker. Add required salt, ghee with chopped vegetables and 100gm “Vasana Briyani Mix” and cook. Cook it till the first whistle sound and serve hot with garnishing.

For Non-Veg Briyani: 

Add 3/4 cooked mutton or chicken before pressuring.

It Can be used for both Veg and Non Veg Biryani
