Moong dal, Fried Gram dal, Cashew nuts, Black Salt and Salt.
How to prepare:
Take required Chopped Onions and Green Chilli (2 Nos).
Mix the "Vasana Veg Omelette Mix" and the chopped vegetables with required water to make a medium consistency batter. Soak it for 5 Minutes and Check salt.
Smear some oil in a hot Tava or Pan and Pour the mixed Batter and spread it lightly.
Sprinkle the Broken Pepper and Pepper powder for more taste and flavour.
Cook the Veg Omelette till both sides are cooked and Serve Hot.
