Puliyodarai Mix

Ingredients:

Chilly, Coriander, Turmeric, Dhall,
Bengal Gram Dhall, Citric Crystals,
Mustard, Tamarind Powder, Compounded
Asafoetida (Wheat Flour, Edible Gum,
Asafoetida) & Salt.

How to Use :

Add heated gingelly oil, salt and “Vasana
Puliyodarai Mix” with cooked rice and stir gently.
Now the tasty Puliyodarai is ready to serve.
